IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL MEMBERS

SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING 2 May at 19:30 (just before we commence the normal club meeting).

The office of NSW Fair Trading has revised its standard constitution (called the ‘model’ constitution) for small clubs and associations like ours.  Birding NSW has long used the previous ‘model’ constitution and has made a few small changes to the revised model constitution in order to reflect our history and aims.

The revised constitution can be viewed / downloaded here.  Members are urged to review it and to vote at a Special General Meeting to be called in May 2017 that we adopt it.

Questions may be directed to one of the Executive Committee members.  Their contact details appear on the back page of the club newsletter.
