Scheyville National Park and Mitchell Park.
Meet at 8:30 am at the corner of Whitmore and Pitt Town Dural Roads, Maraylya. Flat but sometimes uneven walking tracks. Christmas picnic lunch will be in the first picnic area in Mitchell Park at about 12.30 pm. Booking via activities@birdingnsw.org.au
Christmas 2026 to New Year 2027 Club Campout
Kosciusko National Park.
A campout has been arranged for the Christmas – New Year period at Jindabyne. Temperatures will be pleasant because of the high altitude and nights will be cool for sleeping. There will be bird watching trips to nearby areas at Thredbo and Perisher. Some target birds will be Olive Whistler and robins including Pink Robin.
The leader and some members have booked cabins at the Discover Parks Jindabyne for 27th, 28th and 29th December. Camping is also available. You are welcome to join us. Booking via activities@birdingnsw.org.au
